Spirulina


spirulina!!!
It stinks but the benefits Are really good.
When I took it I put it in my smoothies and The Taste gives it a kind of like an earthy taste but it's really not that bad. Some people puts it in just water and drinks it that way but honestly I don't know how they do it to me spirulina smells like the sea or kind of like algae.
Wow I took spirulina I noticed that I didn't feel as heavy and it kept me Full longer. And I had more energy. To me it was like a clear mind reader again I didn't think a lot of things and it let me sleep at night time
